The company allows you to download licenses to full versions of antivirus software that include: Microsoft Security Essentials, McAfee Internet Security 2012, Norton AntiVirus, Sophos Anti-Virus for Mac Home Edition, and Trend Micro internet security for PCs and Macs. However, the ones that are not free will expire after six months.
The marketplace can be accessed from the Facebook Security Facebook Page, or via this direct link: on.fb.me/FBAVMarketplace. This means that over 901 million monthly active users of Facebook will have extra protection. This time it is not only the Facebook’s system that is working but the collective intelligence of 5 more companies.
