After five generations, the sixth generation iPhone model is in the pipeline. Apple is all set to introduce iPhone 5 to the world likely in June during its annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) to be held from June 11 to 15, 2012.
Apple has pulled it off again feeding its appetite to lead the smartphone world and giving its fans one more reason to cherish. The launch marks Apple's tradition of launching their products at their annual conferences, barring the case of iPhone 4S.
Speculations were rife with various reports being published about the expected iPhone 5. One of them quoted a Foxconn recruiter who claimed that Apple may hire some 18000 workers for the sixth generation iPhone's manufacturing.
As every generation is marked by addition of features and improvised models, iPhone 5 is expected to have a sharper and bigger 11.7-cm (4.6-inch) "retina" display containing several times as many pixels within the same area.
It will surely be a treat for the Apple loyalists.
